Technical problems with payments via PrivatBank
Information for Giraffe customers who pay for services via PrivatBank!
Let us inform you of technical problems in receiving payments through payment channels such as self-service terminals and cash desks at PrivatBank as well as Privat24- payments do not reach Giraffe system, the money is not credited to certain accounts and not returned back to the client.
While the problem is being solved we recommend you to use other payment channels.
For customers who have recently paid for Giraffe services through Privat payment channels - to prevent disconnection we recommend to check whether money you paid were not returned to your bank account.
We apologize for inconvenience that appeared not by our fault. Together with the PrivatBank we are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.
