Connection without signing the contract
ACTIVATION
Subscribers which haveconnected without signing the contract will be activated in the tariff plan “Active”
TESTING
After activation subscribers of prepaid connection will have 1 free day of test access to the Internet by the end of the next calendar day.
Subscriber is welcome to pay the amount needed in any convenient way (please, see the page “Where to pay”)
CONNECTION
After the test period Subscriber must to receive Internet access, the Subscriber has to top upthe account in the amount of value equal to the tariff plan.If the money is not credited to the subscriber’s personal account by 23:59:59 of the day following the connection day, the services will be suspended until the invoice is paid.
The Subscriber may pay this amount by any convenient method. More details on this can be found in section Where to pay on the Operator’s website.
BILLING
The balance period is 30 days. Onthefirstdayofthebalance period,the Subscriber’s Personal Account is automatically charged with the full amount of the Monthly Fee upon which the Internet access is granted for 30 days(till 23:59:59 of the last day of the settlement period). If the total credit available on the Subscriber’s Personal Account as of the first day of every balance period is less than the required Subscription Fee amount, the Internet access service will be suspended before the Personal Account is topped up so that the account credit is sufficient to cover the Subscription Fee.
The Internet access service is re-activated after acual acceptance of money on account sufficient to make the prepayment for the following balance period.
TARIFF PLAN CHANGE
Subscriber may changeitsTariff Plan to nay other plan offered by the Operatoron the day of change.Tariff plan change takes place as following: changing to a Tariff Plan with a higher throughput rate is not charged; changing to a Tariff Plan with a lower monthly fee rate costs 20 UAH (incl. VAT).
To change the Tariff Plan, the Subscriber shall file a corresponding request via its Web self care accessible on the Operator’s official website. When the Tariff Plan is changed, the Monthly Fee is automatically adjusted to the new Tariff Plan being recalculated according to the new Tariff Plan: the new Monthly Fee according to new Tariff Plan will be calculated proportionally to the number of the remaining calendar days in the current balance month. The new Tariff Plan becomes effective from 00:00 on the next day after the day of change request.
Contract connection
ACTIVATION
Subscribers who connect signing the contract will be activated in the chosen tariff plan.
TESTING
After activation subscribers of contract connection will have test access to the Internet by the end of the next calendar day.
Subscribers have 1 day for paying the invoice and for testing the possibilities of WiMAX.
CONNECTION
During the connection process, the seller provides the Subscriber with an invoice to pay for the Internet access. The invoice includes the monthly fee for the current month. The monthly fee for the current month is calculated proportionally to the number of days remaining till the end of the current month and according to the chosen tariff plan.
The invoice must be paid by 23:59:59 of the following day using any convenient payment channel (more details on this can be found in section Where to pay). In case the money is not credited to the subscriber’s personal account by 23:59:59 of the day following the connection day, the services will be suspended until the invoice is paid.
BILLING
The balance period is one calendar month. On the first day of every balance month, the Subscriber’s Personal Account is automatically charged with the full amount of the Monthly Fee according to chosen Tariff Plan upon which the Internet access is granted for one calendar month.Subscriber has topay the Invoice for next calendar month no later than the 1st day of each month.If the total credit available on the Subscriber’s Personal Account by 23.59.59 of the first day of every bslsnce month is less than the required Monthly Fee, Internet access service will be suspended before the Personal Account is topped up so that the account balance is sufficient to cover the Monthly Fee.
The Internet access service is resumed after such suspension upon actual crediting of funds sufficient to cover the debt and to make the prepayment for the following settlement period.
TARIFF PLAN CHANGE
After the activation, the Subscriber may change its Tariff Plan to any other plan offered by the Operator on the day of change. Change of the Tariff Plan takes place as follows: change to a Tariff Plan with a higher monthly fee is not chargeв; change to a Tariff Plan with a lower monthly fee costs 20 UAH (incl. VAT).
